Oasis Capital Finance Pte. Ltd. advises corporates and their shareholders on raising capital, on acquisitions and disposals, and on restructuring — from our office in Singapore, with a team working across EMEA, the Americas and Asia.

We work with established corporates, their shareholders and their advisers on transactions from US$10 million upwards. Our services are provided only to accredited, expert and institutional investors as defined in the Securities and Futures Act 2001. We do not provide services to retail clients and we do not offer or distribute investments to the public.

We engage early, when the financing question is still open, and stay through to completion. That means understanding the business properly, testing which sources of capital genuinely fit it, preparing the company for the scrutiny that follows, and managing the process alongside the banks, issuers and investors who ultimately provide the funding.

Background

Oasis Capital Finance Pte. Ltd. was incorporated in Singapore in 2025. The people behind it have been building and running financial businesses since 2008.

The Oasis name dates from Dubai in 2008, where it was founded as the holding structure for the ACS series of Cayman Islands debt funds. Over the decade that followed the business expanded into corporate advisory, private equity and brokerage, acquiring and operating financial services companies in the United Kingdom and elsewhere, several of them licensed in their own jurisdictions. Some of those businesses have since been sold; the remainder are held outside this firm and are not connected with it.

The activities described above were carried on by other companies, at other times, under the regulatory regimes then applicable to them. They are set out as background only. Oasis Capital Finance Pte. Ltd. provides corporate finance advice; it does not manage funds, hold client money or assets, deal in capital markets products, or place or underwrite securities.
