How We Work
Oasis Capital Finance Pte. Ltd. advises corporates and their shareholders on raising capital, on acquisitions and disposals, and on restructuring. We are an advisory firm: we do not manage funds, hold client money or assets, deal in capital markets products, or place or underwrite securities.
We engage early, when the financing question is still open, and stay through to completion — working alongside the banks, issuers and investors who ultimately provide the funding.
